If you have configured ZoneAlarm to notify you for network access, then when you fire up your browser http://localhost:9000/ a ZoneAlarm notification window should pop up. Check the boxes for 'allow' and 'remember this setting' or some such (I'm at work - so can't verify on my home machine).
You will then get a notification for port 9038(?) as well - do the same for that port (allow and remember). While you're there verify the IP address of the server as well...
