I got it! I was having the same problem in OS X. Do this: 1. Stop SlimServer. 2. Go into this folder: (your user name here)/Library/Caches/SlimServer/templates/ 3. Move all the files and folders there to the desktop. 4. Restart SlimServer. 5. If you can hit your SlimServer web interface now, you can delete those files you moved to the desktop. This cured my blank-page problem, and automatically recreated the files in the "templates" folder.
