Does the SBs current MAC address match the address printed on the bottom? When you have it running wired, it's on the SlimServer Player Settings - Basic page or on the player at Settings - Player Information.
You may want to try a factory reset (press and hold ADD while unplugging/replugging power) or temporarily disable wireless encryption.
