I have a scanning problem with a new Linux installation of 6.5.1. It doesn't find all of the music in my music folder. It finds most of it, but not all of it. I have checked permissions, pathe checked the logs and it always comes up with the same number of files, even though I can see the missing ones in the directories.
I have applied the 6.5.1 patch.
