I apologise if I'm asking a question which has already been answered here. I searched for "Backup" and got over 500 threads. I tried searching "Backup server settings" or "Backup Slimserver" or "Backup server" and got blank pages (literally) in both IE7 and Firefox 2.
My Slimserver and music collection are on the same internal hard disk. It's running out of space and I'm going to therefore be replacing the hard disk. All of the music is backed up nightly so that's not a problem. I have one SlimServer and 5 Squeezeboxes. But how can I back up my Slimserver settings (server and perhaps Squeezeboxes) before removing the hard disk? And... how do I restore afterwards? Thank you in advance for any suggestions you may have. If the answer is "RTFM" I apologise again and just ask you to point me in the right direction.
