You could just add the Swedish translation to the official Slim wiki. That might be easier and better than copying the wiki, translating it, and hosting the Swedish version on your own site. For one thing, there'd be no question of copyright issues. Also, if you someday stop maintaining the Swedish Wiki, somebody else could easily jump in and keep it current.
