Suddenly my SS just stops when I try to start it, after years of running almost 24/7. downloaded the latest nightly but no change. Been down since yesterday. I have no clue what to do. I don't even know how to get some sort of log to explain the crash - please can someone help me out. I am on a Win XP. ---Hank
