No, these are two separate things.  SlimServer is written entirely in
perl, Cassini is written in Microsoft .NET:

The server -itself- appears to be legitimate, and it would certainly be
an unusual choice for malware (highly visible and requires .NET) but it
is definitely not a part of SlimServer.
