Not sure, to be honest, but based on a brief experiment I did a while ago my guess is >= a day. My other big fear is that I get a repeat of the box falling over and becoming unresponsive, necessitating a hard reset/power down and resulting in either corrupted data and/or a very, very lengthy rebuild process.
