Just saw a review of this at: http://www.xyzcomputing.com/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=965
The reviewer wrote something a little strange: > The N800 actually has its own FM transmitter so with the help of an > application from Maemo it is possible to use it to listen to old > fashioned radio as well. and later: > it receives FM radio So which is it, transmit or receive? Transmitting could be very useful if you use the device as a GPS navigator in the car, which is the only way I could justify purchasing it. Receiving FM is nice as well and is probably what the viewer meant, but it's not as good as transmitting for me. -- Mark Lanctot "It's like, you know, a New Age religion, but with better treble response." - Jon Heal ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mark Lanctot's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2071 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=31398 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
