My computer hard drive crashed and I just loaded version 6.5.1. When I scan my music library, the device is not identifying all my music. It is stoping at about 5000 out of over 7000 songs. It is simply missing some the the artists. Has anyone had this problem? If so, what may be the fix. Thanks
