yes, i completely agree.  i don't think anyone is pro pollution, so
regardless of the debate, we all can be in favor of reducing pollution.
the only Q is how drastically or how far do we want to go financially
doing so?  its not just spending to clean up, but restrictions which
may impede too harshly normal productivity.

in any case, i guess the guy who was talking about the solar report
isn't following the thread anymore.  c'est la vie.
