I get this very frequently. I suspect that the database has become corrupted.
Interestingly I note this is always for tracks that are loaded into a player. I find that the browse and search functions work fine and indicate the proper data for the track. I also notice that the one-line track info display on the right side is affected as well, often omitting the album or artist. These tracks play fine and the player indicates all relevant data, it's just the web interface that is affected.
