XP running 6.5.1 and itunes, server set to read itunes information/playlists (including all tracks, not just checked tracks). Everything worked Sunday, when I ripped an album and it showed up promptly in slimserver.
then I installed the itunes upgrade. and ripped a pink floyd album. then after some screwing around I installed 6.5.1 (from 6.5.0). now no number of rescans (of playlists, of all tracks), reboots, etc. is causing slimserver to see the album. it is seeing the floyd album I ripped a couple of months ago, but not the new one. I use EZ CD-DA Creator to rip. I did not convert this album to apple lossless - I left it in WAV. And I did NOT tell itunes that the album was part of a compilation (which seems to be a good way to hide the tracks). Any ideas? My nomination for Number One Feature I Want to See In SlimServer is a 'force slimserver to see/add the following file/folder to the database' button. thanks for ideas -- Brandt -- sea-speak ------------------------------------------------------------------------ sea-speak's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6185 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=33762 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
