Apple have implemented a new button called "Complete My Album" that
lets you buy the album at a discount if you have already bought some
tracks from the album and you can always listen to snippets in advance.
The problem is that many new artists release albums with only one or two
decent tracks on them amongst obvious filler. That was true before the
advent of iTunes and reflects the change in the industry that has
ultimately led to musicians making their money from touring, not album
sales.

I will hold my hand up and admit that for certain artists, I only want
the "hits", but there are certainly others for whom I want the whole
album, especially world music.
