My North American region PS does clearly indicate "100-120V" so you'd need a transformer and a pin changer, but it also indicates "50/60 Hz" so the frequency shouldn't be a problem.
There are lots and lots of threads on suitable replacements, mostly linear supplies, search for "power supply" and you'll have a week's worth of reading.
