Ahh OK. This generally happens when *something* has changed with your iTunes library. In this case, you might need to specify the path to the iTunes music library.xml file as well as the actual library. Go to server settings -> iTunes (from the pull down menu along the top). Simply specify the two fields mentioned, iTunes music library.xml file location and iTunes music folder.
