On your slimserver machine in the system tray, does your date show up
in russian?

Make sure you have necessary true type fonts in your slimserver (in
C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server\Graphics; smth like CODE2000.TTF,
Cyberbit.ttf or ARIALUNI.TTF).
Also, in Control panel/Regional and Labguage settings, in Anvanced tab:
select "Default user account settings/Apply all settings to the current
user account..." and hit apply.
It might require restart.
