but it would be dependent on that site, which is often "busy".  Ideally
it'd be better to have something do the conversion locally, however,
unless you went with a commerical product it probably wont be that
good.  I remember way back when Soundblaster cards came with "Dr.
Sabatso" or something like that which do text to speech, but it was
VERY unnatural sounding...
