This has been mentioned a lot in the forums.  .MYI and .MYD files are
MySQL files that SlimServer needs.  If a virus scanner is active and
has locked them when SlimServer needs to write to them, this error
comes up and SlimServer crashes.

As for how to get it to ignore the files, I'm not sure, but this is the
problem.  Perhaps get it to perform scans in the middle of the night?
