To be sure, uncheck the FLAC -> WAV and FLAC -> MP3, leaving the FLAC -> FLAC (built in) checked. However this isn't your issue. The Squeezebox can play 24/48 FLAC and 24/48 WAV just fine. The issue is that there was a problem with Media Money's encoding. This isn't the first report of this.
