I'm not completely sure that the cause is this extension but I haven't seen the problem previously. The slowdown is solved in my setup by restarting Firefox.
Also another issue, the slimserver machine uses a lot of CPU when this extension is installed. I suspect it maybe polls slimserver to check the status a bit to often ? I'm not sure how the extension works, but maybe it would be possible to just issue a "listen" CLI command and then just wait for events when something happens ? The extension is still great, but I had to temporarily turn it off until the above issues has been solved. -- erland Erland Isaksson 'My homepage' (http://erland.homeip.net) 'My download page' (http://erland.homeip.net/download) (Developer of 'TrackStat, SQLPlayList, DynamicPlayList, Custom Browse, Custom Scan, Custom Skip, Multi Library and RandomPlayList plugins' (http://wiki.erland.homeip.net/index.php/Category:SlimServer)) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ erland's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3124 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=34769 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
