Funny that Takoma Park. How is the nuclear free zone? I'm now spitting distance from the other nuclear free zone Garrett Park. I think my multi-zone audio was the top selling point for my house. It sold within a week. Though I thought of swapping the Polks for the Proficients I did say they conveyed.
