files which contains relative paths to the music files and I think
SlimServer might need absolute paths.

Open up the M3U file in a text editor and check if the file paths looks
like:

Relative:
..\..\My Music\mynicesong.mp3
My Music\mynicesong.mp3

Or Absolute:
C:\Document and Settings\xxxx\My Music\mynicesong.mp3
\\myserver\musicshare\My Music\mynicesong.mp3

If this is the case you might be able to use "Replace All" in the text
editor to update the files so they contain absolute paths. However, I'm
not sure how this will affect WMP's ability to use the same playlist
files.
