Since the other two reports specifically mention composer, there is some chance it is different. The difference in this case is that the report specifically mentions NO composer tag, so that is a grey area. It might be a different problem, or might be a symptom of the same problem. Pointing out what makes it different is a very good thing in a report, as you have done in this case. You may want to attach a sample song, however, to help in reproducing the problem. After investigation it might get duped in the end if it is the same issue. As the composer issues seems to be due to a change at r11662, you might try reverting back on svn and see if you can get the correct results after svn update -r11661.
