Take a look at AutoFLAC: http://legroom.net/software/autoflac
It takes a lot of the guesswork out of EAC, and makes the ripping
process pretty seamless, handling interacting with EAC, adding
replaygain and the like.  All you do it stick in the CD and hit OK on
AutoFLAC and it takes care of the rest.  It's substantially simpler
than the process currently listed on the Wiki.
