Until my iTunes loving wife started buying from the iTMS I had setup on my Solaris box a seperate zone running SlimServer just for her. I saved on overhead by using the MySQL running in the global zone for both "my" SlimServer and "her" SlimServer. I had to buy an NFS server for Windows (this saved my butt last weekend when I crippled Solaris and needed to backup my music) to make the network share. I just told "her" SlimServer to use iTunes and pointed it to the shared folder and everything was cool. I showed her how to change from my SlimServer to hers and she enjoyed it. Until the m4ps arrived. You may want to think about setting up something for her like that.
