If you prefer the old slim devices logo over the new logitech one in the web interface just keep a copy of the file "slimdevices_logo.gif" which is located in /usr/share/slimserver/HTML/EN/html/images if you have a debian or ubuntu OS (shouldn't be too hard to find on any other OS) before upgrading. After the installation just copy it over the newly installed one - done.
