i just read the new logitech license agreement. (yes, i do that
sometimes!)
it seems to me to be in somewhat of a contradiction with the original
open source idea, or am i wrong?
especially the passage about "...grant to you a nonexclusive license to
use the software program and any documentation accompanying this
Agreement ("Software") only with the Logitech product you have
purchased...." sounds as if it is not permitted to use slimserver with
other media players (such as softsqueeze or winamp) anymore.
any legal experts out there? because i certainly am not... ;-)
