Wow, you get an A+ on your homework! Somebody bring on the lawyers! (maybe we can get them all in one room and get rid of 'em!) But it does seem that the regulations as they are have been deemed obsolete, or at the very least, irrelevant. I do know from my own experience that "Made in the USA" is still important where Federal money is being spent (I forget the term they use in the RFPs....).
