In the world of audiophile equipment, apparently the Transporter is priced on the low end, not the high end. Take a look at the 'measurements' (http://www.stereophile.com/mediaservers/207slim/index4.html) from the review, because in the end that's what you're paying for, not just the DAC, the displays, or the case. The Transporter just flat out delivers.
