I'd been continually frustrated with my WiFi connection to my 2 squeezeboxes. They would routinely drop out and stutter and be slow. Also synchronizing them seemed to send the whole thing down. I tried all the tricks recommended here to no avail.
I finally plunked down some cash and got 3 Novatech powerline adapters (about 35 bucks each) from newegg and they work like a charm. I'm getting speeds of 45MBs and 17MBs on a "turbo" 85 MBS adapter. Probably not fast enough for HD video streaming, but good enough for music. I just hooked them up an hour ago. No stuttering, everything syncs well.
