server settings->debugging select d_artwork and d_import click change server settings, start a wipe and rescan click on the log link at the end of the description text and watch the log once it starts showing the artwork info. My guess is that something is halting the scan before it processes artwork. The artwork for gallery view is processed at the end of a rescan.
