You can't clear it aside from restarting, but you can refresh the browser page to get the latest section.
If you want to test something specific, stop the server and run it from the command line instead: c:\program files\slimserver\server\slim.exe --logfile c:\myserverlog.txt then you can view c:\myserverlog.txt any time you want.
