Maybe... perhaps the nasty new USA net-radio fees that are on hold for the moment will encourage Pandora and others to skip SoundExchange's licensing and negotiate deals directly with labels. (Last.fm was forced to do this since the UK didn't have compulsory license fees, which has now turned out to be a good thing for them.
