The iTunes library I want Slim Server to scan is located on a big external hard drive. I've directed Slim Server to that iTunes library in the iTunes pane of server preferences. It sees it fine and scans it fine. Here's the problem. Whenever I hook my Powerbook up to my network, slim server rescans the small iTunes library on my laptop and changes everything to that -- Even though I've specified the other library to use.
Anybody have an idea why? Or how to prevent this from happening?
