I'm using the stream.mp3 with Winamp and Windows Media Player. I've added some songs to the playlist, and it seems to work quite well. However, the song highlighted as "Now Playing" seems to move far too fast...after a while it is several songs ahead of the actually playing song. Stopping and starting the stream again synchronizes it. Of course, there's buffering involved, so it can't be perfect (i.e., it will always be off by some amount), but why does it keep drifting ahead?
