I seem to be having a problem when I try to listen to MP3 radio broadcasts remotely. I have the server set to limit bandwidth for remote connections and it works fine for my FLAC and AAC files. When I listen to the MP3 radio streams all I get is static. Listening from home I have no problems. Is there something required in the configuration files for transcoding MP3 to a lower bitrate? Perhaps I inadvertantly changed something when I was working on getting my AAC to stream properly.
