Ok, so they're not true duplicates - but two different links. What I'm a bit confused by is the fact that both songs play. If you have deleted the songs from your laptop (C:/) as you say, that link shouldn't work when you try to play. It does suggest some kind of playlist or shortcut issue.
However, I would definitely try a full clear and rescan and see if this sorts the problem out before anything else. Go to the web interface for Slimserver, select Server Settings, and about halfway down the pages is an option to "Rescan Music Library". Change this drop down box to "Clear and Rescan" and execute the rescan.
