Hi, My wife did a small test regarding the ability of a new style SB remote to withstand a drop of about six feet on to a wooden floor. It does not appear to be designed for this type of use and has broken. Subsequently I need a new one. On visiting the acessories page I note that Slim Devices don't ship to the UK any more and we are directed to the Logitech site. But no remotes are listed. How do I get a new remote please? Tom
