These streams cannot be played by the native SB3 decoder. The OGG is http streamed and the MMS URL does not support http.
To play these streams - goto server settings and uncheck "OGG Vorbis (built-in)" and "Windows media (Built-in)". Decoding will now be done on PC and streams will play.
