Try the following. Press AND HOLD the Power button until the menu comes up. It will probably say "set up networking". DON'T go through that procedure, but press Up, and then press Right.
This works in some situations - I find I often need it after my computer has been asleep for a long time - but may not be a solution for you. I'm told that sometimes one actually has to remove a firewall, not just disable it. Also, if you press and hold the Power button, goin Up twice gets you to "connect to SqueezeNetwork". You can check, as part of a diagnostic process, if you can connect to SN. -- danco ------------------------------------------------------------------------ danco's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=210 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=38569 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
