I'm running slimserver on Windows XP with an all FLAC library over 2 drives.
I upgraded to 6.5.4 last night, but Slimserver subsequently completely failed to launch no matter what I did. I then switched back to 6.5.3, and while this works it fails to carry out any kind of rescan. It clears the playlists of the open players and says "The server is now rescanning your music library", but instead of wiping all the artists and albums they remain and my hard drives are obviously not whirring as they usually do. When I change screens then return to the server settings the rescan message disappears. I've reloaded 6.5.3 again, but this problem still remains. Help, I'm desperate to listen to the first 4 Blondie albums that I've just bought!
