My guess is that the wma files are DRM protected. Such files cannot be read by slimserver. If you ripped them yourself you can rip them again without enabling DRM. If they were bought you can burn them to a cd and rip the cd to a preferably lossless format. To have a look at the tags try mp3tag. It's free and supports most file formats.
