I installed the latest Slimserver on my Vista HTPC, which has 750GB of music on it in Windows lossless. There are close to 30,000 songs. I started the scan process yesterday, and it appears to still be scanning, at least I see an occasional green bar come across the bottom of the Slimserver page, and task manager shows an occasional small percent CPU use under slimserver. Is it actually scanning or no? Should it take this long???
