The problem is DNS related, so first you need to find out if DNS is setup.
On a Windows systems it is normally set up as long as you are using DHCP and the PC gets its IP address automatically. To test, When you use the browser on the PC - can you access web sites using the name e.g. www.slimdevices.com. If DNS is running on your system, then stop and re-start Slimserver and see if problem has gone away.
