This is happening to me with a wired Sb3 using the Win version of 7.0 and no alarms/plugins. Once during the day while I was at work with a Tool album in the playlist (and volume louder than the neighbors might have liked), and another time with random mix paused while watching a movie. I've resorted to making sure I turn off the amp or kill processes named squeeze before leaving the house, which I never bothered with on 6.5.3.
