How about its mesh network, better NAS functionality, sexy dedicated controller, and alleged better analogue sound quality (according to some reviews)? plus i think the n800 price you calculated is a limited promotion.
On the other hand Sonos has no display on its units and won't play (as far as I am aware) BBC outside the UK or listen-again, or allow any plug-ins.
