Hi All, I've just bought a Mac mini with Leopard and am trying to get Slimserver working. No matter what I try I can't get the SB2 to connect to the server.
There's something odd happening, because the mini does show up in the list of available servers to connect to on the SB2, it's only when I press right to connect that nothing happens. SoftSqueeze running on another machine can use the mac server fine which is even weirder - it seems to be a specific problem with the SB2 device and the mac. The device is working, it can connect to a Vista server on the same network with no problems. Does anyone more experienced with Macs have any bright ideas? Windows I can pull apart blindfolded but this is my first Mac so I'm at the bottom of the learning curve...
