Have you run the network test on the Squeezebox? Slimserver will tell you at what bit rate it is streaming the the FLAC files in question. There is a guide to what test you should run for flac files here: http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.cgi?NetworkProblemsSecondGuide As the streaming bit rate for 96KHz 24 bit flacs is significantly more than double that of 44.1KHz 16 bit, which I suspect is what the documentation assumes, I would suggest the 4000 or 5000 kbps test needs to report a good result.....
